A conversation lifeline
A distressed woman discovers Premier through a ‘chance’ conversation
Three weeks ago, I learned about Premier Christian Radio from an elderly woman I met at a bus stop on Union Street in Aberdeen. At that moment, I was struggling with my Bible study, feeling alone, and doubting many aspects of my life. At the bus stop where I was waiting, the elderly woman got off one bus to wait for another, and she started a conversation with me, a rare occurrence for me. She told me to listen to Premier Christian radio from 4 am. to 7 am, and also mentioned some books that would help me improve in my faith. As she was leaving, she said something to me that I found deeply meaningful. She said, I think I was sent to speak to you, and that moment I knew that it was God who sent her to me because I was really battling with a lot in my life at that moment.
I am grateful to have come across this awesome Christian family. Thank you for your vision of creating this wonderful medium for Christians to come together. Listening to Premier Radio for the last few weeks has been one of the greatest things that has happened to me since I came to the UK in January 2024.
